To send the users to all connected controllers, click the Write Users (1) button on In order to write users and time, go to the Suprema Biometrical ACS v2 object settings panel .To synchronize all controllers’ time with the Server time, click and do the following:

1. Click the Write users button (1) to write users to all controllers.
