- Face Recognition 4.8.3, Face Finding 5.0.1 and earlier versions upgrade is not supported. If you try to upgrade these versions, the stored data will be irretrievably lost and you will need to purchase a new license key.To correctly install the new version of Face PSIM, manually delete the old Face Recognition 4.8.3, Face Finding 5.0.1 (with reference face database removing) and earlier versions modules.Face PSIM should be installed both on the Server/Remote administrator workplace and on the Client (for details, see Intellect Axxon PSIM software package. Administrator's Guide).
- If you upgrade Axxon PSIM, it is also necessary to upgrade Face PSIM to a later version.
