If the controller with specified address is connected to the Intellect Axxon PSIM Server, you will see the following controller parameters in the Controller version group (2):

1. 1. controller version;
   2. controller firmware version;
   3. controller operation mode.

If the controller parameters are not shown, check the controller's connection to the computer (refer to the Gate ACS vendor documentation).
