To setup the External Plates DB object do the following steps:

1. connect Connect the external plates database;.
2. set Set the names to the table's columns , that contain vehicle numbers, for displaying in the interface Vehicle Tracer;.
3. select Select search numbers method in the external database;.
4. set Set the number of displayed numbers, found in the external database in case when the search was made for a number component or license-plate number;.
5. set Set the SQL- query in case, when the plate search is performed by SQL-query.
