For the Face recognition report and Report by employee passes with photo to work, it is necessary to specify the address of the server where the Intellect Axxon PSIM software package is located. To do this:

  1. Go to the <IntellectAxxon PSIM installation directory>\Modules\Wt2.
  2. Open the Web.config file for editing.
  3. For the ReportSystemHost key, set the IP address of the server on which Intellect Axxon PSIM is located. If you are working with the reports on the same computer where Intellect Axxon PSIM is installed, set localhost.
  4. Save the changes in the Web.config file.
