1. Go to the Hardware tab of the System Settings window (1).
2. Create the Voice Message Service object in the Computer node in the objects tree (2). The object appears in the objects tree, and the settings panel for this object opens on the right side of the System Setting window.

3. Choose a modem in the list of all modems available in the system (3).
4. If the modem is not in the list or there are no modems in the list, press the modem search button (4).
5. Check/uncheck the checkbox to choose the dialing mode (5).
6. Enter the number of dialing attempts (6).
7. Enter the delay between dialing attempts, in seconds (7).
8. Check the checkbox to wait for dialtonedial tone (8).
9. Press the Apply button to save the settings for the Voice Messages Service object (9).
