When an operator receives administration rights for an object, he (she) also receives the control and viewing rights for that object. The forbidden tabs are blacked out in the System Settings window.

Figure below  below shows a tabs panel of the System Settings window where the Architecture, Hardware, Interfaces and Users tabs are allowed for editing by the current operator, while the objects in the Programming tab cannot be edited by the current operator.

If an operator is forbidden to access any of the tabs, he (she) cannot open the System Settings window altogether, and cannot use any of the administrative functions.
