1. Open the Interfaces tab of the System Settings window (1).
2. Create a Map object under the Display object in the tree, or choose an existing Map object (2).

3. Specify an id and name for the Map object, and choose the Display object to become the parent of the map (3).
4. Setup the Map window position on screen in one of the following ways:
   1. Manually:
      1. Set the coordinates X and Y of the upper left corner of the Map window, as a percentage of the corresponding screen dimensions (4).  
      2. Specify the width (W) and height (H) of the Map window, as a percentage of the corresponding dimensions of the screen (5). 
      3. From the Monitor drop-down list select the number of monitor for which coordinates are specifying (6).
   2. With a test window:
      1. Click X button (7). The Specify dimensions test window opens.

      2. Put the opened test window to a desired position on screen(s), set the test window size.
      3. Click OK. The X, Y, W, H and Monitor fields will be filled with values according to the test window position.
5. If the Map window should be always on top, set the Over all windows checkbox (8).
6. Press the Apply button to save all changes made to the settings (9).
