To do this, do the following:

1. Select a detection tool, and click the  in button in the preview window.

2. Set the size of the same human figure person in different areas of the FOV. To create a leveling rod, left-click on the video image to add two anchor points. You should set no less than at least three leveling rods. The size of the leveling rod height must correspond to a human figure placed in the same point of the sceneshould be about the average height of a person at this point in the frame. You can resize the rod by stretching its anchor points , or . You can move it on screen by dragging and dropping.

   When setting up the leveling rods, please make sure that the following conditions are should be met: All rods have different height. All rods must be based on the same plane (for example, floor). In complex scenes where detection accuracy is crucial, we recommend you to add more than 3 rods. In areas where the picture is apparently distorted, place the rods in parallel to known vertical elements (doors, bookcases, etc. the rods that are located at the same distance from the video camera lens, should be of the same size; the feet of the rods should be located on the same surface (e.g. floor); in complex scenes, it is recommended to add more than three rods to increase the accuracy of the detection; in the parts of the frame where the lens vertical distortion is observed, the rods should be parallel to the nearest vertical objects (e.g. door, wardrobe).
