The PS-RTP Server object was excluded from Intellect since the version 4.11.3. |
The PS-RTP Server server enables the following functions in Intellect:
- In From the third-party software, control the cameras, PTZ, relays and sensors configured in Intellect using theGB28181 protocol.
- Watch live and archived video in the third-party software.
- According to Depending on the user rights, limit access to the functions listed above.
Intellect acts as a subserver in the server hierarchy. If Intellect is to act should act as a supserver, configure Connecting cameras via the GB/T28181 protocol.
Configure the PS-RTP server Server as follows:
- Create a the PS-RTP server object under the LOCALHOST object Server object on the basis of the Computer object in the Hardware tabof the System settings dialog box.
- The settings panel of the object is displayed in the Main tab (1) on the right of the System settings dialog box (1). Here the parameters of the PS-RTP server that acts Server as a subserver are set.
- In From the IP : dropdown list drop-down list (2) select the address of the network interface via which the third-party software will access the PS-RTP serverServerusing theGB28181 protocol (2).
- In the Port field (3) specify the number of the port to which the third-party software will be connected using theGB28181 protocol (3).
- In From the Transport dropdown list drop-down list (4) select a data transfer protocol: UDP or TCP (4).
- In the Server ID field (5) the id ID of Intellect server is shown – it displayed. It is used in by the third-party software to connect to the RS-RTP server Server via the GB28181 protocol (5).
- In the from: (6) and to: (7) fields set the range of the RTP ports used by the module.
- Specify the list of objects the access to which is to should be guaranteed by the RS-RTP server Server as follows:
- Go to the Device list List of devices tab (1).
- In From the Type dropdown list drop-down list (2) select the type of object created in the Intellect object objects tree (2).
- In From the Name dropdown list drop-down list (3) select the name of the required object (3).
- In the Device ID field (4) the device id is shown – it ID is displayed. It will be used in by the third-party software to control objects via the GB28181 protocol (4).
- Repeat steps b-d for all required devices.
- Go to the Device list List of devices tab (1).
- Set the parameters to connect Intellect to edge the external supserver:
- Go to the Edge supserver connection Connection to external server tab (1).
- Set the Edge Connect to external server connection checkbox checked (2). As a result edge , the external server connection parameters are available for editing.
- In the IP field (3) specify the edge external server IP - address (2).
- In the Port: field (4) specify the edge external server connection port (3).
- In the Transport field (5) select a the transport protocol used for edge the external server connection (5).
- In the Login: Password field (6) specify the username password for edge external server connection (6).
- In the Password Login field (7) specify the password username for edge the external server connection (7).
- In the Server ID field (8) specify the id ID of the edge external server via the GB28181 protocol (8).
- To save settings click the Apply button.
- Go to the Edge supserver connection Connection to external server tab (1).
The RS-RTP server Server is now configured.
