8. In the opened appeared window, select the RTSP value in the the RTSP value from the New destination drop drop-down list and click click the Add button.
   
9. Go to the RTSP tab.
10. Specify the port and the path to the stream, if it's requirednecessary.
    
11. Click Click the Next button.
12. Specify the parameters of video transcoding and click click the Next button.
    
13. Click Click the Stream button button in the opened appeared window.
