Video optimization is enabled by default. To disable, do as follows:

  1. Go to to  Settings → Options → User  Options (1) → User interface (1–2).

  2. Uncheck the Optimize layout video to reduce CPU usage check box (3).
  3. Click Apply to save the changes.
