To share a layout in Web-Client, do as follows:

  1. Select the layout.
  2. Click Image Removed Image Added and select Edit Layout.
  3. Click Image Removed Image Added and in Share With, select one or several target roles to share layout with.
  4. Click Save.

Shared layouts are sealed with the following sign:
