To create generate the customer Customer activity statistics report, do the following:
- Select the Customer activity statistics type report (see see Selecting a type of Visitors behavior analysis reports section).
As a result the dialog box for specifying the report parameters will be displayed.

- Show in one axis checkbox to display data from different areas in one chart (1). By default, the checkbox is set.
- From the PeriodSpecify the period in the following way:From the Receiving data period: drop-down list, select the time period for which the report is to should be created (12). If the User defined period is selectedFor the Custom 1 and Custom 2 periods, enter the date of start and end periods for which the report is to should be created in the from and to fields using the Calendar tool. Click the

Image Added button near the corresponding field to use the Calendar tool. If the User defined Custom 2 period is selected, enter additionally the time of start and end periods time of the period for which the report is to should be created using the

Image Added button.If another period type is selected, specifying the date of start and end periods is not needed - From the Chart step drop-down list, select the time interval in which data will be averaged (3). The list of available steps depends on the selected period (2).
From the Included days of week
days: drop-down list, select the days when most customers work
(or conversely, not work) / don't work to consider in statistics (
24).
From the Chart step: drop-down list select the time interval in which data will be averaged (3).

If receiving the data period and the specified included week days are not crossed the days of week don't overlap, an empty report will be created, and a message with proposal prompting to change the the Included days of week days parameter or specify another Receiving data period parameter Period. |
- In the Detectors: field, set checkboxes in those zones information the checkboxes next to the areas, the information on which should be displayed in the report (45).
- Set the Show in one axis: checkbox to display data from different areas in one chart (5).
- To create a report click Execute Click the Execute button (6) to generate the report.
As Example of a result a Customer activity statistics report with specified parameters is displayed. The .

The report displays the average results customer activity by areas for the whole period and the detailed statistics on customer activity for each time interval.
