To export a group list of vehicle numbers to an Excel an Excel file in the XLSX format, do the following:

1. Select a group list of vehicle numbers and click the  button.

2. Click Export to Excel.

Export of a group list of vehicle numbers to an Excel file in the XLSX format is complete. The file will display the list of the group of vehicle numbers with comments.

To share a group list of vehicle numbers with other users, do the following:

1. Select a group list of vehicle numbers and click the button.

2. Click Share.
   

3. Enter the email address of the user you want to share the list with.
   
4. Select the user access level to the group list of vehicle numbers:
   1. View — the —the user can only view the grouplist.
   2. View+Add — the —the user can view, add numbers and comments to the grouplist.
   3. Full — the —the user can view, add, edit and delete numbers, comments and a group list of vehicle numbers.
5. Click the SHARE button.

The specified user now has access to the group list of vehicle numbers.

To unshare access to the grouplist, do the following:

1. Clear the Shared checkbox.
2. Click the APPLY button.

The selected user will lose access to the grouplist.
