The operator can be forbidden to play the video recordings (In Intellect, it is possible to prohibit the Operator from accessing playback of video archives from the videoserver , or Backup archive or Archiver) in using the Video surveillance monitor.

In this caseIf the Operator is denied access to video archives, the button for entering the archive on the surveillance monitor will not be displayed in the Video surveillance monitor window, and the functions for viewing, exporting and frame printing will described in this section will also be unavailable.
