Half-frame processing is to should be performed using the image interlaced scanning (the Reduce large resolution check box checkbox is set). Receiving If the half-frame processing is enabled, when the next frame the new one consisting of is received, a new frame is created and processed, consisting only of the even rows of the initial frame is processed if the Reduce large resolution check box is set. By default, the LPR channel processes the half-frame.

The frame processing is not to be performed and the Reduce large resolution is to be unchecked when When the full resolution is used.

By default, when the Reduce large resolution checkbox is checked, the LPR channel processes the frames in the following way:

  1. If the frame resolution is smaller than the LPR channel requires, it is up-scaled to the required size.
  2. If the frame resolution is larger than the LPR channel requires, it is down-scaled to the required size.

Frame processing setup is given settings are set only when using the following program modules: AUTO-Uragan, CARMEN-Auto, ARH-ContainersRailway, VIT, IntLab, LPR IntelliVision program module is usedIntelliVision.

 To set the frame processing, do the following:

  1. Go to the LPR channel object settings panel, corresponding to the activated module (see Activating the program module, used for identifying the plates section).
  2. Set the Reduce large resolution checkbox (1).

  3. Click the Apply button (2).
