• Added the scanning mode for Neural Tracker;
• Added the scanning mode for the Fire and Smoke detection tools;
• Added the model quantization function for Neural Tracker, Neural Counter and Person location tracker. 

Improvements

1. Added the option to select the color of the detected object's frame.
2. Updated the Computer Vision SDK. Improved the detection quality and performance for all neural trackers. Improved the default neural networks. Old neural networks will not work on this SDK, they have to be reconverted. 
3. Added online documentation.
