La configuración del archivo de historiales se realiza desde la pestaña Configuración de la herramienta Gestión de historiales.
Para configurar el archivo de historiales, será necesario realizar las siguientes acciones:

1. En el campo Ubicación (1), introduzca la ruta completa de la carpeta a la que desea transferir el historial de eventos después de haber sido archivado

Configuring a log archive is carried out in the Settings tab of the log management utility.

To configure a log archive, you must perform the following steps:

1. In the Location field (1), enter the complete path to the directory to which the event logs should be moved after archiving.

2. In the Archive logs everyEn el campo Archivar los historiales cada ... hour(s) field (2), enter the interval for event log archiving, in hours.
3. Set the maximum size of the log archive file in megabytes (3). When the specified size is reached, a new log archive file is created.
4. horas (2) introduzca en horas la frecuencia en que se debe producir el archivado del historial de eventos.
5. Indique el tamaño máximo del fichero de archivo de historiales en megabytes (3). Una vez se haya alcanzado el tamaño, se creará un nuevo fichero de archivo de historiales.
6. En el grupo Limitación del archivo de historiales establezca los siguientes parámetros:
   
   1. En el campo Tiempo de almacenamiento (4) — duración máxima de almacenamiento del historial en el archivo en días, al término del cual el historial será eliminado.
   2. En el campo Tamaño (5) — tamaño máximo del archivo que, al excederse su límite, producirá la eliminación de los historiales más antiguos del archivo
   In the Log archive depth group, set the following parameters:
   
   1. In the Storage time field (4), indicate the maximum retention time in days of a log in the archive, after which the log is deleted.
   2. In the Size field (5), indicate the maximum size of the archive, above which the oldest logs are deleted from the archive.
