- In the Notifications settings section, set the Local notifications checkbox (see Configuring the push notifications in AxxonNet client on Android OS). As a result, a
button will be displayed on the server list screen for configuring the background notification service.
- Click the button. As a result, the Local notifications window will open.
- Select the Server to poll for new events (1).
- If it is necessary to receive events only from certain cameras, select one or several required cameras (2).
If Axxon NextOne Server is selected as the polled Server and it is necessary to receive only certain types of events, select one or several required event types (3).
Info title Note The Event type parameter is not available if Intellect Server if Axxon PSIM Server is selected.
Select the time interval for polling the Server (4). The default is 5 seconds.
Info title Note Events of the Car number recognized type enter the database with a delay of about 10 seconds. To receive events of this type, it is necessary to increase the polling interval to 10 seconds or more.
- If it is necessary for the background notification service to turn on automatically after the Android device restart, enable the START ON DEVICE BOOT option (5).
- Click the START button (6) to start the background notification service.
