For the Face recognition report and Report by employee passes with photo to work, it is necessary to specify the address of the server where the Axxon PSIM software package is located. To do this:

  1. Go to the <Axxon PSIM installation directory>\Modules\Wt2.
  2. Open the Webthe Web.config file config file for editing.
  3. For the ReportSystemHost key, set the IP address of the server on which Axxon PSIM is located. If you are working with the reports on the same computer where Axxon PSIM is installed, set localhost.
  4. Save the changes in the Web.config file.
