- From the Update archive drop-down list, select one of the available update packages (1).
In the Timeout (seconds) field, set the update timeout in seconds (2)—the time in which the installation process must be completed. If the installation isn’t completed within this time, it will be forced to stop. The default value is 600 seconds.
- Set the checkboxes next to the Agents on which you want to install the selected update. To select all Agents, set the Select all checkbox (3).
- If you want to run Intellect after an update, set the Run Intellect after update checkbox (4).
If you want to run the update later at a scheduled time, set the date and time in the corresponding Update at fields (5). By default, the current time is set, that doesn’t need to be changed if you don’t want to postpone the update installation.
Info title Note You can set only the current time and future time in the Update at fields.
- Click the Update button (6).

- if you set the current or earlier date and time in the Update at field, the installation of the specified update package will start immediately on the selected Agents;
- if you set a later date and time in the Update at field, the specified update package will be downloaded and unpacked immediately on the selected Agents, but the installation will run at the set time.

Agent context menu
To open the context menu of the Agent, right-click an Agent line:
In the context menu:
- Restart and OS and Update duplicate the action of the buttons above;
- Start/Restart product functions like this: if Intellect isn’t running on the Agent, it will start. If Intellect is running, it will restart;
- Remove agent removes the Agent from the list. The Agent may or may not be connected. The next time the Agent connects to the Server, it will appear in the list again.
