In order to create a change protocol report, do the following:

1. Select the Change protocol report type (see Selecting a type of general report section). As a result, the dialog box window for specifying the report parameters will be displayed.
   
2. Set the following report parameters:

   1. In the Operators field (1), set the checkboxes in next to those users who have the rights to make change objects.  You You can also use the operator searchsearch by operators (2). Be default, the list of operators is sorted by name. To sort by number, select this option from the Sort by drop-down list (3).

      The Unauthorized user value means change of system by unauthorized a user , deleted user who wasn't authorized, or a user who was removed from the system, and/or a user with who had their rights deleted rights.

      
      

   2. To display deleted objects in the report, set the Delete objects checkbox (24).
   3. To display created objects in the report, set the Create objects checkbox (35).

   4. In the Object field (46), set the checkboxes next to the objects which changes should be displayed you want to display in the report. You can also use the search by objects. To do this, enter the name of the object (at least 4 minimum four characters) in the Search by inner objects field (1) and click the Search button (2). As a result, the found objects will be displayed in the additional object tree on the right (3). To cancel, click the Clear search tree button (4). By default, the list of objects is sorted by name. To sort by number, select this option from the Sort by drop-down list (5).
      

   5. From the Period drop drop-down list (7), select the time period for which the report is to be created (5)to build a report.

      If the Custom period is selectedyou selected the Custom period, enter the date of start and end periods for which the report is to must be created in the the from and to fields using the Calendar tool. Click the  button near the corresponding field to use the Calendar tool.

      
      

3. To create a report click , click the Execute  button (68).

   The ID identifier of the object is indicated is indicated in square brackets in the end of the object name in the Object name field. The ID identifier of the user is indicated in square brackets at the end of the user name in the User field. In the created report, the objects are sorted by their ID identifiers and by the event date.
