To use Tag&Track Pro, make sure your PTZ camera supports Absolute Positioning. The devices that support Tag&Track Pro are listed in the Drivers Pack documentation.

When connecting via the ONVIF protocol, Absolute Positioning support is also required. Contact camera vendor for Information on the Absolute Positioning support in the ONVIF protocol.

For the Tag&Track Pro function to operate, the video cameras should be positioned on the top facing the flat surface (floor, ground) where the objects are moving.
