In Auto PSIM, you can configure LP recognition on macros and motion detection. To do this, do the following:

1. Go to the settings panel of the LPR channel object, corresponding to the activated module (see Activating the software module used for identifying the plates).

2. From the Enable on drop-down list (1), select:
   1. Disabled—license plate recognition on macros or motion detection is disabled (by default). The LPR channel scans each incoming frame;
   2. Motion detection— license plate recognition on motion detection is enabled. It is used to reduce the load on the Server;
   3. Macros—license plate recognition on macros is enabled. When you select this option, the Entrance and Exit drop-down lists become available.
      1. from the Entrance drop-down list, select a macro that starts license plate recognition;
      2. from the Exit drop-down list, select a macro that stops license plate recognition.

3. Click the Apply button (2) to save the settings.

If the joint operation is disabled, the LRP channel scans each incoming frame.

To enable joint operation of the LPR channel and the Axxon PSIM motion detector, do the following:

1. Go to the LPR channel object settings panel, corresponding to the activated module (see Activating the software module used for identifying the plates).

2. Check the Enable on motion detection trigger checkbox (1).
3. Click the Apply button (2).
