By default, the PTZ control option with the use of the Monitor object is disabled. To enable the PTZ control option, the control priority is to must be set for the Monitor object (see Installing and configuring security system components guide).

To set PTZ control priority using the Monitor object, do the following:

1. Go to the Basic settings tab on the settings panel for of the Monitor interface object.
   

2. Select the required Telemetry control priority in the From the the PTZ control drop-down list in the Basic settings tab (1), select the required Telemetry control priority.

3. To save all the changes, click the the Apply button (2).

Telemetry control priority using the Monitor object is now set.
