To install the Axxon One Server manually, do the following:

1. Add the repositories by sequentially running the following commands:

   If you install Axxon One on Ubuntu 22, then after running the commands from the step 1, you should sequentially run the following commands to install PostgreSQL version 10 compatible with Ubuntu 22: Code Block sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt $(lsb_release -cs)-pgdg main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list' wget --quiet -O - https://www.postgresql.org/media/keys/ACCC4CF8.asc | sudo apt-key add - sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get -y install postgresql-10

   
   

2. To install Axxon One, DetectorPack, DriverPack, and DetectorPack add-ons, contact AxxonSoft and get the necessary packages from the manager.

3. Copy the received packages to the Downloads folder.

4. To install the packages, run the command:

   sudo dpkg -i /home/user/Downloads/axxon-d*.deb || sudo apt-get install -f -y

   where
   user—user name;
   Downloads—folder with downloaded packages.

   Note
   title Attention!
   You must install DetectorPack with add-ons and DriverPack before installing the main part of Axxon One.  The folder must not contain other packages. It is not allowed to simultaneously install the regular Server and the Failover Server.

   During the installation, the installer will request the name of the domain for the Axxon One Server. If you leave this field blank, you can later specify it on the Client at the first connection.
   
   

5. If necessary, you can change the Server configuration after installation (see Axxon One Server configuration change on Linux OS).
