Map scaling allows enlarging and reducing the size of the image shown in the Map window.
The scale is selected via the functions function menu of the Map, which is called up by a right mouse click on that you can access by right-clicking any place on the Map, which contains no object symbolsis free from object icons.
To set the scale, select the required scale value in the Scale sub-menu Zoom submenu or click the Fit to window point, which is designed item that is used to set the scale, allowing the full Map image to fit into the Map window. The selected scale is restored after saved when you restart Axxon PSIM software restart.
If an external map is selected as the layer background (see see Configuring the external Map server), then the map scale is also selected using the Zoom item in the functional function menu, however, the scale is set as a number from 1 to 19 (4 by default). The current value is displayed on in the bottom line of the Zoom submenu.
You can also scale the external map using the mouse wheel while holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard.
