- 카메라에 Ping the camera.
- Check that the camera is available in the Web-Interface.
- Check the connection settings (port, login, password) in Axxon One.

카메라가 제조사 프로토콜로 Axxon One에 연동된 경우에는 문서 상 기재된 내용과 실제 카메라의 모델 및 펌웨어 버전이 동일한지 확인하세요If the camera's integration with Axxon One is via vendor protocol, verify that the model and version of the firmware in the documentation and on the camera are the same.
Tip - If the camera is connected via ONVIF:
- Check the connection in the ONVIF Device Manager.
- Synchronize time between camera and Server.
- Enable the ONVIF option on the camera, if there is one.
- If the camera is connected through the RTSP protocol, check the connection in the VLC Media Player.
- Check the network. The firewall, antivirus, SmartScreen, UAC and other software can use the port you want for connecting to the camera.

- ONVIF Device Manager로 연결을 확인하세요.
- 카메라와 서버의 시간을 동기화합니다.
- 카메라에 ONVIF 옵션이 있는 경우 이를 활성화하세요.
- 카메라가 RTSP 프로토콜로 연동된 경우에는 VLC 미디어 플레이어로 연결을 확인하세요.
- 네트워크 쪽을 확인해보세요. 방화벽, 안티바이러스, 스마트스크린(SmartScreen), UAC 및 다른 소프트웨어가 카메라 연결에 필요한 포트를 사용하고 있을 수도 있습니다.
Axxon One 라이선스 키 파일을 디코딩 해서 비디오 채널 수를 확인해보세요. 연결된 카메라 수에 비해 비디오 채널 수가 충분하지 않다면 AxxonSoft 담당자에게 새 라이선스 파일을 요청하시기 바랍니다Make sure that Axxon One license file allows the sufficient number of video channels. If channels are not enough, please contact your AxxonSoft manager to request the new license file.
