While When searching for objects in the Access Manager module, you can use the following logic operators are available:
- Logic AND.
- Logic OR.

In the Access Manager window, the search Search rules combined by the OR operator are displaying displayed in one string. Search The search rules combined by the AND operator are displaying one over the displayed under each other.
To add the a search rule, do the following:
- Go to the user search (see the Going to user search section).
- Click the Add rule button(1) to add the AND rule or the the or button (2) to add the OR rule.
The Select condition for search window will open.- The Additional group (1) contains the criteria for filtering by additional user parameters.
- The Commonly used group (2) group contains the frequently group contains the commonly used criteria for filtering by user parameters, and the Time in the region criterion , which that is used for searching the users by the time they were present or absent in the selected region.
The Standard group (3) contains contains the criteria for filtering by the standard user parameters.

- Double click on the name of parameter by which search is to be performedSelect the search parameter by double-clicking its name.
The search rule by selected field will be added. Configuring of the search rules differs due to depending on the type of the rule. The following types of search rules are available:- Text field
From the drop-down list (31), select the comparison method of a field value with the specified search line.
Comparison method
Description
Equals
Search for all users for which a the value of the selected field is fully coincides with the specified search line.
Contains
Search for all users for which a the value of the selected field contains the specified search line.
Starts with
Search for all users for which a the value of the selected field starts with the specified search line
Ends with
Search for all users for which a the value of the selected field ends with the specified search line
Set the Check case checkbox if it's required to consider symbols case while searching (4)you want the search to be case-sensitive.
Set the Invert checkbox if it's required you want to apply the negation of the specified search rule (5). It means that all users NOT satisfying to . if you set this checkbox, all users that don't meet the specified search rule condition will be found if the checkbox is set.
Enter the search line in the field (62).
- Access level.
Set the Invert checkbox if it's required to apply the negation of the specified search rule (1).
Select value for search from the drop-down list (2). To search the required access levels it's possible to 1) or click the button button. Working with windows of objects the search window is described in corresponding sections of this document Working with the Search access level window.
- Temporary AL.
- Select the search criteria from the drop-down list (1):
- Activation date - —the start date of the temporary access level.
- Active on this day - —the date between the start and end of the temporary access level.
- Active in this over interval - —the selected interval that falls entirely between the start and end of the temporary access level. If the interval includes a day when the temporary access level is not isn't valid, then the search will have no results.
- Active in this interval—the interval that falls at least partially between the start and end of the temporary access level.
- Select the search criteria from the drop-down list (2). You can also click on the the button button to search for the required temporary access level. - Use the calendar to set the search date (3).
- If If you select Active in this interval is selected or Active over interval, set the end of the interval for the search (4).
- Select the search criteria from the drop-down list (1):
- User Access card:
- Set the Without access card checkbox if user doesn't have an access cardIf it's not required to consider the room code, delete the Room code checkbox (1). As a result, other fields of the Room code field won't be available User code condition will become unavailable for editing.
- If it's required to use a room code while searching, enter the value in the Room code field (2).
- Enter the required card number in the Card number field (3).
- In the Room code field, enter the required room code.
- From the drop-down list (1), select the comparison method of a field value with the specified search line similar to step 3ai.
- In the Card number field, enter the required number of the access card.
- From the drop-down list (2), select the comparison method of a field value with the specified search line similar to step 3ai.
- Department
Department- Set the Invert checkbox if it's required to apply the negation of the specified search rule (1).

Search for all users for which a the value of the selected field is out of the specified range of dates
- Set the date for search using the calendar (2). The If you use the last two comparison methods from the table, the selected value set sets the start of search interval in case of using .
- If you use the last two comparison ways methods from the table.Specify , specify the end of search interval (3) in case of using last two comparison ways from the table.
- Access point:
- Set the Invert checkbox if it's required to apply the negation of the specified search rule.
- Set the Ignore 'Always' checkbox to select users whose access level differs from Always.
- Click the button to select the search value. Working with the access point search window is described in Working with the Search access level window.
- Additional fields:
- Set the Invert checkbox if it's required to apply the negation of the specified search rule (1).
- Select From the search value from the Value drop-down list (2), select the search value.
- Text field
Adding a search rule is completed.
