On the Detection Tools tab, you can check whether the events of detection tools are being triggered. To do this, do the following:
In the list of detection tools, select the one that detection tool which events you want to check.
Note title Attention! The detection tool should must be enabled and configured.
- Reproduce an event upon the occurrence of which the detection tool should be triggered: the start of movement must display the frame in the event feed: start of motion in the frame, turning the video camera rotation, sending sound to an audio device, etcand so on.
If the detection tool is configured correctly,

event feed, indicating the time they were received.

VMS checks the on/off status of detection tools when they triggered and stopped. Not applicable to detection of: quality loss, position change, disappearance of an object, motion stop and ANPR.

After an event finishes, the Finished caption is displayed below the frame in the event feedAfter the end of triggering, the Finished message is displayed.
Checking the triggering events of a detection tool is now complete.
