사용하는 바이러스 백신 소프트웨어에 따라, Axxon One을 설치, 시작, 사용할 때 바이러스 백신 소프트웨어가 소프트웨어 구성 요소에 인터넷 액세스를 수행할 수 있는 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 

애플리케이션이 제대로 작동하려면 이러한 구성 요소가 해당 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 허용하는 것이 좋습니다.

특정 바이러스 백신 프로그램에 대한 권장 사항은 아래와 같습니다.

ESET NOD32

ESET NOD32 바이러스 백신을 사용하는 경우 웹 액세스 보호 서비스를 비활성화하거나 IP 카메라의 IP 주소를 바이러스 백신 검사 제외 목록에 추가하는 것을 적극 권장합니다.

Depending on the antivirus software that you use, when you install, start, and use Axxon One, your antivirus software may ask for permission for the software components to perform Internet access.

It is recommended that you allow these components to do so for proper functioning of the application.

Recommendations for the specific antivirus programs are given below.

ESET NOD32

If you use ESET NOD32 antivirus, it is strongly recommended to either disable the Web Access Protection service, or add the IP addresses of the IP cameras to the list of exclusions for antivirus scanning.

NOD32 인터넷 보안

If you use ESET NOD32   Internet Security antivirus, if the SSL/TLS protocol filtering is enabled, it is strongly recommended to either add the certificate file to the list of known certificates, or add the Axxon One.exe app to the list of exclusions for antivirus scanning.

ESET Smart Security

If you use ESET Smart Security antivirus, select automatic mode with exclusions for Firewall and add the remote Servers to the exclusions by creating network rules (for help with creating these rules, refer to the official user guide for the antivirus software).

AVG

When you install Axxon One, allow the NetHost.exe and ngpsh.exe processes to run.

If you use AVG antivirus and a configuration with many video cameras, it is strongly recommended to add the IP addresses of the IP cameras to the list of exclusions. Otherwise, the avgsa.exe process may severely slow down the CPU.
This action can be performed only on the paid version of AVG.

DrWeb

If you use DrWeb antivirus, do the following before installing Axxon One:

바이러스 백신을 사용하는 경우 SSL/TLS 프로토콜 필터링이 활성화되어 있으면 인증서 파일을 알려진 인증서 목록에 추가하거나 Axxon One.exe 앱을 바이러스 백신 검사 제외 목록에 추가하는 것이 좋습니다. 

ESET 스마트 보안

ESET Smart Security 바이러스 백신을 사용하는 경우 방화벽에 대해 제외 항목을 사용한 자동 모드를 선택하고 네트워크 규칙을 만들어 원격 서버를 제외 항목에 추가합니다(규칙 생성에 대한 도움이 필요하면 바이러스 백신 소프트웨어 공식 사용자 가이드를 참조하세요).

AVG

Axxon One을 설치할 때 NetHost.exe 및 ngpsh.exe 프로세스가 실행되도록 허용하세요. 

AVG 바이러스 백신과 많은 비디오 카메라가 있는 구성을 사용하는 경우 IP 카메라의 IP 주소를 제외 목록에 추가하는 것이 좋습니다. 그렇지 않으면 avgsa.exe 프로세스가 CPU를 심각하게 느리게 할 수 있습니다.
이 작업은 AVG의 유료 버전에서만 수행할 수 있습니다.

DrWeb

DrWeb 바이러스 백신을 사용하는 경우 Axxon One을 설치하기 전에 다음을 수행하세요. 

1. DrWeb 방화벽의 자동 시작을 비활성화합니다.
2. 사전 보호 설정에서 사용자 지정 설정을 사용하고 다음 옵션을 활성화하는 옵션을 선택하세요.
   
   1. 저수준 디스크 액세스 허용
   2. 시스템 서비스 허용
   3. 드라이버 로딩 허용
   4. 사용자 드라이버 허용
   5. Winlogon 셸 매개변수 허용
3. SpiDer Gate 설정에서 apphost.exe 및 Axxon One.exe 프로세스를 들어오는 트래픽 스캐닝을 위한 제외 목록에 추가합니다. 가능하다면 들어오는 트래픽과 나가는 트래픽 스캐닝을 비활성화하는 것이 좋습니다
4. Disable the automatic start of the DrWeb firewall.
5. In the proactive protection settings, select the option to use custom settings and enable the following options:
   
   1. Allow low-level disk access
   2. Allow system services
   3. Allow loading drivers
   4. Allow User drivers
   5. Allow Winlogon shell parameters
6. In the SpiDer Gate settings, add the apphost.exe and Axxon One.exe processes to the list of exclusions for scanning of incoming traffic. If possible, it is recommended to disable scanning of incoming and outgoing traffic.
