To register COM components, run the regsvr32 IPMoudle.dll located at the folder  in the <Axxon PSIM installation directory>/Modules folder, run the regsvr32 IPMoudle.dll command with administrator rights and reboot the computer (for details, see the manufacturer's documentation).
