Use the Monitoring tab for manual archiving.

You can start and stop manual archiving using the Start and Stop buttons, respectively
Manual copying uses the Monitoring (1) tab.

Manual copying can be started and stopped using the Start (2) and Stop (3) buttons, correspondingly. Elements for setting the time intervals for copying recordings of interval of the archived recordings for all available cameras can be found are to the left of the copying archiving controls (4).
To start copyingarchiving, do the following:
- Specify the date and time of the archive start and end in the appropriate fields by setting the
check boxes (4). If - checkboxes next to them. If you don't set the start and end date and time

are not identified- , then all existing recordings from the
pre-defined cameras will be - selected cameras are copied to the Backup archive.
- Select the cameras
, whose recordings will be copied- from which you need to perform archiving. To select cameras,
check - set the corresponding
boxes (5)- checkboxes next to them. In addition, the Select all
(6) - checkbox is used to select (
or cancel the selection- deselect) all cameras in the table
concurrently- at a time.
- Initiate
copying by clicking Start- the archiving process by clicking the Start button. After some time, the
Image Removed icon will appear opposite -
Image Addedicon appears next to the selected cameras in the Status column to confirm that recordings of - , indicating the start of recordings archiving from the selected cameras
are now copying- .
- To
stop copying, click Stop (3)- cancel archiving, click the Stop button.
