The hidden archive is not displayed in the Video Surveillance Monitor depending on the Operator permissions but isn't displayed on the Video surveillance monitor, but it is stored on the hard drive disk in the same way as the main archive. The Operator has no default By default, the operator has permissions to browse view the hidden archive as well as to set or unset the "hidden" label to the archive records.In order to allow the

Operator to perform operation of the hidden archive, proceed as followsTo limit the operator permissions on certain operations with hidden archives, do the following:

1. Go to the settings panel of the User permissions object settings panel.
2. Select On the Main tab, select the Archive group in the Main tab.

3. Set the Clear the Allow viewing hidden archive checkbox in order for the Operator with these rights to be able to view a hidden archive (1) (1) to prevent the operator from viewing the hidden archive. 
4. Set Clear the Allow checking "hidden" archive checkbox in order for the Operator to be able to hide archive entries (2) to prevent the operator from hiding archive videos.
   
5. Set the Clear the Allow unchecking "hidden" archive checkbox in order for the Operator to be able (3) if the operator must not have permissions to unhide archive entries (3)videos.
   
6. Click the Apply button (4).

Restriction of rights to hide the archive is completedLimiting the operator permissions to work with hidden archives is complete.
