The key sets the time period in milliseconds after which the ONVIF driver is launched after Axxon PSIM starts.

This key is required if a Video Capture Device on the same Axxon PSIM Server acts as an ONVIF client for an ONVIF server. The absence of this key in such system configuration may lead to skipped events and tracks
