To register operator permissionsrights, do the following:
- In the System settings window, go to the Users tab (1).
- Create the User permissions object rights object in one of the following ways:
- If no User permissions object has user rights have been created yet, click the User permissions button rights button (2).
- If at least one User permissions object user right is registered in the system, the new User permissions object rights object can be created from the context menu of the existing object.
The created object appears in the object tree below the User permissionsrights button (32), and the settings panel for this object opens on the right side of the System settings window .

If the User permissions User rights objects are created in the system, then when you open the Users tab, an indicator of the permissions rights loading process can be displayed. Wait until this indicator disappears before you perform any actions on this tab.
