For the Tag&Track Pro feature to work, the PTZ camera in Axxon One must support absolute positioning (telemetry using absolute coordinates). For the current list of compatible devices, see see Documentation Drivers Pack. If the PTZ camera doesn’t have embedded support for absolute telemetry, you must enable it via the ONVIF protocol, which must also support absolute coordinates. Please contact the device manufacturer for information on ONVIF support for this functionality. - You cannot use fisheye cameras with the Tag&Track Pro feature.
- You cannot use Tag&Track Pro and OnScreen PTZ mode simultaneously (see Controlling a PTZ camera in the OnScreen PTZ mode).
