Configure To configure the main parameters of the Incident manager as followsincident manager, do the following:
- Go to the settings panel of the Incident manager object and select the Main tab.
Image Modified - In the Incident servers window objects tree, set the checkboxes next to those Incident server and Incident handler objectsincident servers and incident handlers, the events and processing logic logics from which will be displayed in the interface interface (1) (see Configuring Incident server and Incident handler).If necessary, set a hotkey, using which the operator can start processing the event. To do this, place the mouse cursor in the "In work" hotkey field (2) and press the required key or key combination on the keyboard.
- From the Map drop-down list (3), select the previously pre-created Map object, which will be linked with the Incident incident manager. At the operator's direction, an object from which the event came occurs can be highlighted on the map in the Incident incident manager.
- From the Video drop-down list (4), select a the video display mode from the incident manager:
- ActiveX—archive and live video will open in a separate window.
- Monitor—archive and live video will open in the selected Video video surveillance monitor. In this case, the Video The video surveillance monitor will operate in the Active camera mode, regardless of the corresponding setting (see Configuring the display mode of camera windows).
- In the Maximum number of online events field (5), set the maximum number of events that can be simultaneously displayed in the interface. The default value is 10 (minimum value), ; the maximum value is 50000.
- If necessary, set the Load previous events checkbox, after which the operator can load previous events into processing.
- Click the Apply button (6).
