The People counter detection module module is designed to carry out perform the following functions:

  1. Count visitors in an the observed area.
  2. Record Recording events about on visitor entries into the observed area to a in the database.
  3. Record ievents about Recording events on visitor exits from the observed area to a the database.
  4. Generate Generating reports by the number of visitors in the observed area.

The People counter detection module does not doesn't operate properly in the real-time mode, i.e. it cannot be used that is, you cannot use it to immediately count visitors. As the operation algorithm of the detection tool detector is static, the maximum people count accuracy is reached at some periods of time (every 15 minutes of non-stop nonstop operation).  Mainly people count accuracy depends on whether the requirements given in the Camera requirements for the People counter detection module are met.
