Receipts from new weighing terminals are now processed correctly when the first item is weighed before the "Receipt start" eventevent of the receipt start; added buffering and reordering of events
If the plugin initializes unsuccessfully, an error is now displayed in the log file and the MixForward utility window.
The time of receipts saved in the database is now in UTC format.
