To install ATM-Intellect in the ATM-Intellect Workstation TC configuration, do the following:

  1. Start the file setupATMIntellARMtcsetup.exe from the installation kit. The installation wizard informs that the installation process has begun.

  2. You are prompted to start installation. Click the Next button.

  3. In the License agreement window read the terms of the End-User License Agreement . Set the switch into the I accept the terms in the license agreement position and press Next .

  4. You will see the MonitorSSTV database installation page. In the Name field enter the name of the database under which it will be registered.

  5. Click the Install button.

  6. Set the ATM-Intellect Workstation TC installation type. Click Next.

  7. A dialog box to for choosing installation type will be displayed. If Intellect software is installed as a service and ATM-Intellect Workstation TC is to be installed as a service as well, set the Install ATM Intellect as a service checkbox. Click Next.

  8. A dialog box to configure database connection will be displayed. Select the database server name and set up the connection parameters. Select the name of the database server and connection settings in the opened pane Data Link Properties. The MS SQL Server 2008 name of the database server consists of two parts – the name of the PC and the name of the server instance, e.g. SHOWROOM5\SQLEXPRESS or (local)\SQLEXPRESS. If a password is used, check the box Allow saving password.

  9. In the Database field specify the name of database or select it in the list of databases, which are created in the server, and click <<.If the settings are correct and the database server runs successfully, you will see the message Test connection succeeded on clicking the Test connection button.
