Creating of overtime documents is performed in the Overtime submenu of Documents menu of Work Time Accountingand Attendance software module (see Documents menu).
To create the overtime document, do the following:
- Go to the document properties bar.
- Click the New button (1).
- Enter the document name in the Name: field In the Name field (2) enter the document name.
- Enter In the Document code field (3) enter the letter code (or second digital code) of document in the Document code: field (3).Enter .
- In the Digital code field (4) enter the unique digital code of document in the Digital code: field (4)..
- Set the Include holidays and days off checkbox (5) if it is necessary If it’s needed to take into consideration the time of working in holidays or days off, set the Include holidays and days off checkbox (5).
- In the Description: field Description field (6) add the comment to the document (6).
- To save changes click the Save button (7).

To discard changes click the Cancel button (8). |
This completes the process of creating the overtime document.
