At the bottom of the Access levels tab there is a list of access points added to the selected access level.  If the user time zone (not Always and not Never) is relates related to the access point is not Always and not Never, it's possible to go to the this time zone on the Time zones tab. Click the right mouse button on the Right-click the required access point and select the Go to time zone item in  in the opened functional menu.

As a result, the Time zones tab with selected the required zone will be opened.
