The ZK controller configuration is managed as follows:
- Go to the settings panel of the corresponding controller ZK C3-100, ZK C3-200, or ZK C3-400.

- From the Type data: drop drop-down list (1), select the type of data which is to be saved to the file (1).:
- Users;
- Time zones;
- Access levels;
- Multicards;
- First cards.
- Saving data of selected type to the file. Click the Save data to file button to perform this action (2) to save the data of selected type. In the opened standard dialog window specify the path to the file in which data is to be saved.
- Reading the saved data from the file. Click the Send data from file button to perform this action (3) to read the saved data from the file. In the opened standard dialog window specify the path to file from which data is re to be read.
- Synchronization time of a controller with the Intellect Server time. Click the Set current time button to perform this action (4) .Forwarding configuration to synchronize the ZK controller time with the Server time.
- Click the Send configuration button to perform the forwarding (5).Deleting access settings from the ZK to forward the configuration to the controller.
- Click the Delete Send access settings from device button to perform this action to device button (6).Forwarding access to forward the access settings to the ZK controller.
- Click the Send Suspend sending access settings to devicedevice button to perform this action (7).Restarting to suspend sending the access settings to the controller.
- Click the Reboot button to restart the controller (8). Cancel sending access settings to device button (8) to cancel sending the access settings to the controller
- Click Apply (9).

The actions listed above are available for all controllers supported by the ACFA Intellect software: C3-100, C3-200 and C3-400.
