Switching to the user profile in the Access Manager from an access event in Event viewer  viewer is possible if card number displaying in the Event viewer is enabled (see Enabling card number displaying in the Event viewer window for access events). Access events are Entrance (ACCESS_IN) and Exit (ACCESS_OUT1) events.

To view user profile in the Access Manager right-click on the corresponding event in the Event viewer window and select the Show in the Access ManagerAC department menu item.

The Departments tab opens in the Access Manager window. A department to which the user belongs to is selected in the departments hierarchy, and the user himself is selected in the list.
