To configure the smoothing method of the Map when scaling, do the following:

1. Go to the Map object settings panel.
   Image Added
2. From the Smoothing method drop-down list, select the necessary smoothing method:
   • low quality
   • high quality
   • bilinear interpolation
   • bicubic interpolation
   • nearest neighbor method
   • high quality bilinear interpolation
   • high quality bicubic interpolation

In case when images overlay each other on the map problems with displaying them can occur. To eliminate these problems disable image caching.

1. Smoothing minimizes the ragged diagonal edges of the image and creates the impression of softer image borders and higher resolution.

   
   

2. Click the Apply button.

The smoothing method of the Map when scaling is configured

Disable cashing as follows:

1. Go to the settings panel of the Map object (1).
   Image Removed
2. Set the No image caching checkbox checked (2).
3. Click the Apply button (3).

Image caching is now disabled.
