By default, the Operator is allowed to export archive files and frames as well as to print frames.

Forbid export of video files or printout as follows:

  1. Go to the Users tab in the System settings dialog box (1).

  2. In the object tree located under the User permissions button in the Users tab, select the same-name object corresponding to the Operator access permissions which are to should be changed (2).
  3. The settings panel of the User permissions object will display on the right of the System settings dialog box.
  4. In order to forbid the Operator to export archive filesframes, set the Allow frame export checkbox uncheckedclear(3).
  5. In order to forbid the Operator to print archive frames, set the Allow frame printout checkbox clear (4).
  6. In order to forbid the Operator to export archive clips, set the Allow video clip export checkbox clear (5).
  7. Click the Apply button (46).

Archive export Export and printout permissions are now set.
