Authorized keys assignment to user is performed by Access Manager Modulemodule.  Before keys assignment one should create the required users - see the Access Manager Module Settings and Operation Guide document.

  1. Run the Access Manager Module.
  2. Create an Access Level by one of the ways described in the Module documentation.

  3. Enter the Access Level name in the Name field (1).
  4. Select the key which is required to allow the user access from the drop-down list in the Access Point drop-down list (3).
  5. Select any Time Zone value from the drop-down list (4).
  6. Repeat steps 4-5 for all required user fingerprints.
  7. Click Save (5).
  8. Go to the Employee Panel, who needs authorized keys to be assigned.

  9. level object and select the necessary KeyWatcher keys as access points (see Creating access levels).

  10. Assign the created Access Level to the employee as the main or optional Access Level(see Assigning access levels to a user).

The keys, which are added to the Access Level, will be displayed in the list of available keys for user to remove. See the Keys removal section.  All the other keys, which are kept when keys are issued to the user (see Keys issuance). All other keys available in the ACFA Intellect hardware tree , will be displayed in the list of unavailable keys for user.
