General Device is a generic driver that supports nearly all devices from a particular camera vendorto ogólny sterownik wspierający niemalże wszystkie kamery IP. 

There are 2 types of generic driversIstnieją 2 typy sterowników ogólnych:

1. General device. Most configuration of General Device-connected cameras is performed via the web interface of the device. A detailed list of supported features is given on the Documentation Drivers Pack page.
2. generic. When connected via a generic driver, the configuration of the device is read and transferred to Axxon Next. After that, you can configure the device from within  Axxon Next.

Connection via generic drivers is available for the following devices:

1. Device. Większość konfiguracji kamer podłączonych za pośrednictwem sterownika General Device jest wykonywana poprzez interfejs Web danego urządzenia. Szczegółowa lista wspieranych funkcjonalności jest dostępna w dokumentacji Drivers Pack.

Devices connected via General Device drivers are findable via the IP device discovery wizard. The method for adding them to the system is the same as for ordinary devices (see Urządzenia połączone za pomocą General Device mogą być znajdowane poprzez Kreator dodawania urządzeń IP. Metody ich dodawania do systemu są takie same, co dla klasycznych urządzeń (zobacz: Dodawanie oraz usuwanie urządzeń IP).

You should always select a generic driver manually. 

If a IP device is not displayed in search results, you can add it manually:

Sterownik Generic powinien zawsze być wybierany ręcznie. 

Jeśli urządzenie IP nie jest wyświetlane w wynikach wyszukiwania, możesz dodać je ręcznie:

1. W formularzu ręcznego dodawania urządzeń IP wybierz producenta z listy In the form for manually adding an IP device, select the device manufacturer from the list (1).
   
2. In the Model field, select W polu Model wybierz General Device or generic  lub Generic (2). For Dla urządzeń Axis and oraz Bosch General devices, select the number of channels on the device.określ ilość kanałów urządzenia.
3. Wpisz adres IP oraz port, za pomocą których urządzenie będzie połączone Enter the IP address and port for the device connection (3).Enter the user name and password for connecting to
4. the device Wpisz dane logowania do urządzenia (4).
5. Click the Naciśnij  button..
